Where to stay
- Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel — Luxury · Adjacent to the convention centre, on Convensia-daero
The full-service flagship next to the hall — the largest meeting inventory in the district and the address people recognise on an invitation. - Oakwood Premier Incheon — Luxury · 10 min on foot — Incheon National University Station Exit 4
423 full apartments with kitchens and laundry, which matters in a district where dinner options thin out at night. - Orakai Songdo Park Hotel, BW Premier Collection — Upper mid · 10 min on foot; 1 min from Central Park
Business centre and straightforward corporate invoicing, a clear step below the Sheraton without leaving the district. - Holiday Inn Incheon Songdo — Upper mid · One subway stop — outside Central Park Station Exit 2
Predictable international standard right on a metro exit, with a 20th-floor sky bar for informal client drinks. - Songdo Central Park Hotel — Business · 5 min from Central Park Station Exit 3
300 rooms — the volume choice when a delegation needs many rooms in one building. - Bridge Hotel Incheon Songdo — Business · On Convensia-daero, the venue's own street
The simplest of the Convensia-daero options, with a restaurant and business centre — a budget fallback that keeps you on the venue's street.
Before you book
Songdo is quiet, so favour a hotel with a decent in-house restaurant or a kitchen — otherwise you will be taking taxis to dinner. Stick to Convensia-daero and Techno park-ro addresses: the venue's own hotel list also includes airport-island properties that are 30+ minutes away over a bridge.
Rates swing hard during big shows, and the closest hotels sell out first. If you are bringing a team, we hold room blocks with the hotels below and confirm in English.
