From Incheon Airport (ICN)

AREX all-stop train to Gimpo Airport (about 44 min), domestic flight Gimpo-Jeju (about 1 hour, departures every 15-20 min), then Limousine Bus 600 or taxi to ICC Jeju (about 1 hour).

Allow extra time for immigration, baggage and domestic check-in at Gimpo; total door-to-door time depends on the flight connection.
