The organiser describes COMEUP's global community as a network spanning more than 40 countries, and the COMEUP Stars programme covers the United States, Europe, China, Japan, Singapore and India in 2026.

Visitors register online through the COMEUP 2026 pre-registration page on the official site; an account is created with e-mail, Kakao or Google sign-in.
