For show organisers & pavilion managers

Your international visitors land at 6am. Then what?

MICE PICK Korea answers the questions that come after "I have a ticket": how do I get there, where do I sleep, what can I eat, who translates. We write them in English, Chinese and Japanese, and you can link them for free.

What we publish

  • A page for your show — dates, venue, what is on the floor, who it is for, with structured data so search engines and AI assistants quote the dates correctly.
  • Airport routes — Incheon, Gimpo and Gimhae to the venue, with bus numbers, subway lines, exits, times and fares.
  • Hotels near the venue — walking distance and one subway stop, luxury to business-budget.
  • Eat and essentials — what to order with no Korean, K-ETA, T-money, SIM cards, maps, tax refund, the 1330 help line.
  • 30-second video guides — vertical and landscape, English, Chinese and Japanese. Yours to re-post.

What it costs you

Nothing. Link the guide from your visitor page or put it in your overseas newsletter. We keep it accurate and credit your official site as the source of truth for dates and halls.

What we ask

  • A link from your "for international visitors" page.
  • Your official figures for exhibitors, visitors and countries, so we publish yours and not someone else's.
  • A heads-up when dates or halls change.

Where we can do more

Where a delegation needs it, we also handle the ground work as a licensed Korean travel agency operating since 2004: room blocks, airport transfers, interpreters, buyer-meeting schedules and group logistics. That part is paid, quoted per group, and never a condition of the free guide.

Who we are

AQUA Travel (아쿠아여행사), Korea. Since 2004 we have taken Korean buyer delegations to trade shows worldwide; MICE PICK Korea turns that experience around for visitors coming the other way.
